Desi Food : Varan

Varan.:) Ingredients.: 3 cups boiled toor dal. 2 chopped onion 1 chopped Tomato 3 green chillies chopped 1-1/2 tsp oil/ghee 1-1/2 tsp chopped garlic  1 tsp mustard 1 tsp cumin seeds 5-6 curry leaves Pinch of asafoetida  Salt Coriander leaves The making.:) Heat oil/ghee in a pan... As oil get heated add cumin seed and mustard.. Then add garlic... And stir it till garlic get little brownish in color Then add curry leaves and asafoetida.. And add green chillies.. And mix them well.. Then add chopped onion... And mix it well and stir it till 5-10min..  As onion get cooke d.. Add chopped tomato in it and again cook it well till 6-7min.. Then add boiled toor dal and salt (to your taste if require).. And mix it well and again boil it on slow flame for 2-3min ( add some water if require )... And add coriander leaves..  And your varan is ready to taste... Note.:)   1. You require salt (to your taste) and 1/4tsp turmeric powder while bowling toordal..          

Desi Food : Corn Pakoda

Corn Pakoda. Ingredients.:) 1 bowl corn 1 bowl besan (Gram Flour) Salt 1 tsp of red chili powder Oil Water as required The Making.:) Add besan (Gram flour) in a bowl and add oil and mix it well. Then add salt to your taste and then add red chili powder in the besan; and mix it. Then add water and mix it well and remember there should not be any lumps left.. Add corn in it and mix it. And your mixture of corn pakoda is ready. Keep a kadai on a low flame and add oil so that you can do deep fry. And let oil get heated Then add the pakoda mixture in oil and deep fry it. Desi Food : Cold Coffee

DESI COLD COFFEE Best drink for summer. Do try it. Ingredients .: 4 cup milk 3-4 tbsp rooh afza 1 tbsp nescafe classic coffee (any other coffee you can use) 2 tbsp sugar Coffee thicker Ice Vanilla ice cream Melted chocolate The making ;) Add milk in mixer grinder, add coffee, mix both in grinder for 40-50 sec. Then add sugar ( to your taste ) and again mix it well. Add rooh afza ( about 4 spoons )  in it and mix it well for 30-40 sec. Then add some ice and mix it for 1-2 min. Coffee thickers can be added as well to make the coffee more creamier. Pour the coffee in a cup, add 1 scope of vanilla ice cream on it and garnish with melted chocolate and the desi cold coffee is ready. Note.:    1.) Serve with Well frozen ice-cream only.              2). Remember to reduce the amount of sugar as you add to the coffee. As rooh afza is also a sweet syrup.            3.) Desi Food : Corn Chilly Cheese Toast

Corn Chilly Cheese Toast. Ingredients.:) 1 bowl boiled Corn Chopped green chilies 3-4 Salt 1 packet of Bread Butter Grated Cheese Black pepper 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves  Chopped tomato  Paste of Garlic. 1 tbsp Olive oil. (any food oil) The Making.:) 1st Step: . Toast breads till it become little golden. After the get toasted apply little butter on it and keep it aside. 2nd Step: . Add boiled corn in a bowl. Add olive oil in it. Add grated cheese in it. Add Black pepper and Salt (as per your taste) Add chopped Green chilies, Chopped tomato, paste of garlic. Mix them well. Apply the mixture on toasted bread. Keep it in Micro wave for 2min. And your corn chilly cheese toast is ready to eat. Note: . 1.) You can also use pan to toast bread.. and even after applying mixture use pan to cook.             2.)
